St Georges Day Parade - In the News

In the News !
PATRIOTIC youngsters flew the flag for the Scouting movement, marching through the heart of their communities to salute St George.
Arthur Stevens

It is with sadness that I would like to inform you of the death of Arthur Stevens. He was a member of 1st Brantham as Scout Leader between 1977-1988 and then as Group Scout Leader from 1988-1991. He was a real gentleman and one of the nicest people I have ever had the honour of calling a friend. He was also a fine Scout Leader and took great pleasure in passing his knowledge on to the boys in his Troop. Arthur died on 3rd April 2012.
