The Scout Association splits it's members into age based groups. Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts and Scouts are run by individual Scout Groups that are local and make up the larger scout district. Explorer Scouts and Scout Active Support are run at a District Level and the Scout Network is run at a County Level.
